總統府昨天公布「政黨及其附隨組織不當取得財產處理條例」，行政院將設不當黨產處理委員會，政黨自民國34年後取得的財產扣除黨費、政治獻金等後，推定為不當取得，應移轉為國有。不當黨產處理委員會主委將由顧立雄擔任。
胡文琦說，再怎麼野蠻的政府也要守法，基於勞動基準法與信賴保護原則，國民黨發薪水、退休金給黨工，天經地義，民進黨企圖凍結國民黨財產，讓國民黨關門，國民黨不以為然。1050812
